a typical weekday for DonHon

Hagi, a popular Japanese izakaya located in Times Square,
is DonHon's favorite rendezvous place on weedays after work.

DonHon didn't have anything to celebrate this day...
other than the fact they are just in love.... kkk

so like they always do, they start driking heavily
and talking about their work and day... and just getting drunk...

Hon studying the menu, which he must have read million times,
really closesly to pick out dishes for Don :)

Hon shows his affection for Don by
sticking out his long tongue and licking Don's forehead.
Don seems to really like it...

They are just weird....

DonHon enjoying their drunkeness in Times Square :)

Pretending to be tourists :)

Hon looking cute :)

Don, the McDONald moster, has invaded Times Square...
This monster is even scarier than Godzilla!!!!

Chiyono - DonHon's favorite Japanese restaurant

Chiyono has been one of the favorite Japanese restaurants
of Hon and his friend, NYEEL.

This restaurant serves Japanese home cooking style dishes,
and those dishes makeHon and NYEEL
as well as other Japanese customers feel

"THIS IS THE TRADITIONAL JAPANESE TASTE!!!"

Don immediately became a fan of this restaurant
after he tried tender pork belly :)

Last Post from D.C.

During the second day of DonHon's trip to D.C.

they stopped by the Smithsonian - Air & Spce Museum,

where Don found the place that makes dog tags.

Day 3 was as cold as Day 2....

DonHon went to Chinatown hoping to get some hot noodle soup
to ease their hangover :)

They found the place which really "LOOKS GOOD"

Looks good, right??

Yes, it looks good :)

Tastes good????

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the restaurant puts on a good show
"the noodles here are all handmade!!!!!"

......................................................

Lesson Learned - Handmade doesn't necessarily mean it's good!

Don trying to catch a cab to go to ....

Washington National Cathedral!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don was so into this Cathedral...
Hon thinks it's only because the place reminded him of Harry Potter....

But Don claims it's because he's Catholic...

Believe it or Not..

By the way,

below are the ones DonHon had made at the dog tag place...

Welcome Home, Mr. Tree :)

ひかりちゃんのお母さん、
僕達のブログを見に来てくれてありがとうございます!!!
ひかりちゃん&けいた兄ちゃんは僕達の大好きな友達です。
今年もあと僅かですね。良いお年をお迎え下さい!!!

Only 2 weeks left until Christmas day.

DonHon set out hunting for a tree for their first Christmas together...
They wanted to find the right tree...
The one they would fall in love with right away...

And DonHon found the right one (like they found each other kkk)

DonHon decided to adopt him into their family for Christmas :)

Seems like Don is trying to steal the tree...

Hon was so serious to find the right position for their tree.
If at work he were as serious as he was with this task,
he would be twice as rich as he is now!!!

Welcome home, Rudolph!!!!!
DonHon named their tree.... Rudolph, the red nosed reindeer.
(赤鼻のトナカイにちなんでルドルフと命名しました。)
Of course the name comes from..... Don's red nose!!!!!!!!

Rudolph is much taller than Hon.
Probably about 215cm!!

These are ONLY A PORTION of their ornaments.
You will see later how much attention and love they put into Rudolph
(also how much MONEY has gone into turning
Rudolph the prettiest one in NYC!!!)

What happened to Don's fashion sense?
everything is just so mismatched from head to toe...
2011 trend prediction from Don???

Rudolph with no room lights - illuminating by itself.

Rudolph in harmony with other room lights.

DonHon welcomed Rudolph with a bottle of Champagne.
(Later on, they moved on to wine... no surprise there!!!)

Cheers for Rudolph and their hard work :)

Some of the ornaments have
really special meanings for DonHon!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best wishes for Yuna Kim? Mao Asada?????
DonHon sincerely wish them the best of luck in 2011!!!
