K Town Night

Since it had been such a looooooooooong time
since Don had Korean Soju, Don one day shouted
"I WANNA DRINK KOREAN SOJU THIS WEEKEND!!".

Following his words, DonHon went to K Town looking for a nice BBQ place
and had nice BBQ at NY Kom Tang Soot Bul Kal Bi

NY KOM TANG SOOT BUL KAL BI

32 West 32nd Street
New York, NY 10001-3818

DonHon rating

- one of the very few places in NYC grilling with coals
- nothing fancy but taste-wise probably about average

- poor ventilation
- waitresses are too busy serving too many customers

Hon thought Don picked this place because there was shorter waiting time,
but it turned out that this was one of the very few (if not the only)
Korean restaurants in NYC
which uses coals for grilling, according to Don.

(This restaurant started their business long time ago,
but not long enough to catch up with DonHon's age... proud and sad.....)

Don looks so happy choosing dishes :)

Good food made DonHon greedy.............

Don "This beef is mine!!!!!!!!!!"

Hon doesn't care how he looks any more...

Don again "This is mine!!!!!!!!!!"

Hon enjoyed after-dinner 25¢ coffee

Drunk couple moved to Third Floor Cafe which actually is
on the 3rd floor of a not fancy building.

DonHon rating

- usually gets packed on weekend nights with mostly 20 or 30 somethings
- well-mannered waiters
- just a bar with lots of Koreans and a couple of white guys trying to hook up with Korean girls

Don could feel that the bar was filled with lots of horny (occasionlly good looking) singles...
Nothing interesting for gays (except for hot waiters!!!)....
